Zippie Refund & Return Policy

Use It Consistently For 14 Days First

Our products work best when used consistently. We kindly ask that you use Zippie for at least 14 days before deciding if it’s right for your family. This gives you time to see real results in your potty training journey.


Return Eligibility

If after using Zippie for at least 30 days you’re still not satisfied, you’re eligible to request a return anytime within 60 days of your purchase.

To start a return, email us at 📧 support@tryzippie.com and include your Order Number or the Name and Email Address used at checkout.

🚫 Note: Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.


Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders may be changed or canceled within 24 hours of purchase.
After 24 hours, your order may already be in processing and cannot be canceled.

If your order is canceled within 24 hours, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.


Damaged Items

If your Zippie product arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 72 hours of delivery at support@tryzippie.com and include:

  • A clear photo of the damage

  • Your Order Number or Email

If approved, we’ll send a free replacement.
⚠️ Cosmetic packaging damage (dented box, etc.) is not covered. Damage caused by misuse or normal wear and tear is not eligible for replacement.


Shipping, Delivery & Lost Packages

While we work with trusted shipping partners, Zippie is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or customs issues.
If there is a delivery issue, please contact the shipping carrier directly.


Incorrect Shipping Address

It’s your responsibility to provide an accurate shipping address at checkout.
If you need to correct your address, contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.

If we’re not notified in that timeframe, we cannot offer refunds or reshipments for orders shipped to an incorrect address.

Zippie reserves the right to update this Refund & Return Policy at any time without prior notice.
