At Zippie, we’re proud to offer FREE shipping on all orders — no minimum required.

Order Processing Times

Please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. Once your order is in transit, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

🚨 During peak seasons, sales, or holidays, processing may take up to 7 business days due to high demand.

Estimated Shipping Times

Shipping times vary by location. After dispatch, your estimated delivery window is:

🇺🇸 United States: 5–15 business days
🇨🇦 Canada: 7–15 business days
🇦🇺 Australia: 7–15 business days
🇬🇧 United Kingdom: 6–15 business days
🌍 Other International: 10–15 business days

Note: Customs clearance, local carrier delays, or high shipping volumes may affect delivery times.


Important: Check Your Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Incorrect or incomplete addresses may prevent us from delivering your package on time—or at all.

If our system detects an address issue, our team will email you within 3 business days for confirmation.
If we don’t hear back, we reserve the right to cancel the order.

Need to change your address?
📧 Email us at support@tryzippie.com within 24 hours of placing your order and we’ll try to update it before processing.


Delayed Deliveries

While we aim to ship quickly, certain factors may cause delays, including:

  • Courier or transportation disruptions

  • Severe weather or natural disasters

  • Customs delays (for international shipments)

  • Address or payment verification issues

We’ll notify you if any unexpected delays arise. However, Zippie is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers or events outside of our control.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Zippie is not responsible for lost or stolen shipments.

If this happens:

  • Contact the courier immediately to file a claim.

  • Email us at support@tryzippie.com — we’ll help you follow up and support your claim.

If the package is confirmed lost and undelivered, we may issue a replacement at our discretion.
In some cases, filing a police report may be necessary.
